Two things decide what appears in your sidebar: your company's plan, and the permissions of your role.
Your company's plan
Chat, Radar, Custom Agents, Properties, Rents and Assets are included in some plans and not others. If your company's plan doesn't include one, nobody in your company sees it.
A feature your company is trying out shows a small trial label next to its name.
Your role
Within your company, each role grants different permissions. For example, a user with the Viewer role sees only the dashboards and reports that were shared with them, and doesn't see Chat or Settings unless an admin changed that role.

What to do
If a colleague sees something you need, ask your company's UDP admin to review your role.
If nobody in your company sees a feature you'd like, contact us about your plan.
