"My scheduled report didn't arrive"

The usual reasons a scheduled report isn't delivered, and how to check each one.

Open Reports in the sidebar, find the report, and check these in order.

  1. Is sending turned on? Edit the report and check Sending is active. When it's off, deliveries pause but the schedule is kept.

  2. Is it a manual report? If Frequency is Manual, it's only sent when someone selects Send report on its preview page.

  3. Are you a recipient? Check the report's Recipients and the spelling of your email.

  4. Was it sent? Select History to see each delivery and who received it. If your delivery is there, check your spam folder.

  5. Which time zone? Reports are sent in your company's time zone. The form shows the time zone next to Send time if yours is different.

If a delivery is more than 24 hours late, UDP skips it rather than sending stale data, and sends the next one on schedule.

If none of these explains it, contact us with the report's title and the date you expected it.
