Select Chat in the sidebar.
Type your question in Ask UDP a question... and press Enter.
Chat answers in text and, when it helps, with tables and charts from your data.

Tips for good answers
Name the property, the metric and the period: "What was occupancy at Maple Grove at the end of last month?"
Ask one thing at a time, then follow up in the same conversation.
Say how you want it: "as a table by property", "as a monthly trend".
Tables and charts in an answer have the same menu as dashboard widgets, including Export to Excel and Fullscreen.
