Metrics
Occupancy, Units Occupied, Effective Rent and NOI T12 (net operating income over the last twelve months).
Score
The Score chart rates the property by category, with the overall Property Score in the middle. Hover over the middle to see how the categories are weighted, and select a category to see its metrics.
Each metric scores from 0 to 100 between a Floor and a Goal: at the floor it scores 0, at the goal 100. Scores read as Best-in-Class (90 and up), Strong (80), Stable (65), Underperforming (50) and Critical (below 50).
