Open the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Integrations.
On Microsoft 365, select Connect.
Sign in with your work or school Microsoft account and accept.
Back in UDP, the card shows Connected.

Chat can then search and read your Outlook email and calendar events for you. For example: "what meetings do I have today?" or "any unread emails with attachments?". UDP can read your email, your calendar and your basic profile. It can't send email or change anything.
If the card says Reconnect needed, your connection expired: select Reconnect. To stop, select Disconnect.
Personal Microsoft accounts aren't supported.
