The Data date at the top of every page is when your data was last updated in UDP. Hover over it to see the exact time, in your browser's time zone.

UDP gets its data from your property management system and your other connected sources. If the date looks older than you expect, contact us: it can mean one of your sources didn't update.

UDP doesn't have a refresh button. The data updates on its own when your sources do.
