A small trial label next to an item in the sidebar means your company is trying that feature out. It works exactly like the full feature while the trial lasts.

The first time you open it, you'll also see a banner such as You're trialing Chat, with the note This is a premium feature. You can use it freely during your trial period. You can dismiss the banner.

When a trial ends, the feature disappears from the sidebar unless your company adds it to its plan. To keep a feature, contact us.
