Same Store is a property filter that keeps only the properties you've owned for the whole period you're looking at. That way a trend isn't pushed up by an acquisition or down by a sale.
It has three values:
12 Months: properties owned for the last twelve months.
24 Months: properties owned for the last twenty-four months.
YTD: properties owned since the start of the year.

A dashboard using Same Store can show fewer properties than your portfolio. That's expected.
