You need at least two saved models for the property.
Open the asset management results for the property and select Scenario Builder.
Under Scenario A, choose a saved model in Select Scenario.
Under Scenario B, choose another.

Each side shows the scenario's inputs and its performance figures, so you can compare IRR, multiple, NOI and valuations.
If you see At least 2 saved scenarios are required, save another version of the model with Save As New first.
